She vastly improved the productivity of her manufacturing team by implementing strategic planning methods and ensuring a steady production capacity balance for her department.

Megan believes mindfulness in the workplace is key to success - a tenet she lives out through her interests in worship leading, illustrating, and the great outdoors. Megan is currently working as a Product Development Contractor specializing in line development CADs, tech packs, and graphic design.
